I’m pretty excited to be part of this mission trip! My family and I lived in Lesotho for 13 years before we moved to Mali, West Africa. We lived in Mali for 2 years and then we came to America. Since then we lived in Idaho for 3 years and I’ve liked it somewhat. I’ve been a Christian all my life and have had my share of disappointments and doubts. With all the things I’ve gone through, sometimes it’s hard to see God through it all. But because of Gods grace we don’t have to be perfect for God to love us. That’s why I love him. He saw me when I was (and sometimes still am) a wretch. My personality is a little more on the negative side. I see the glass as half empty. And if i’m given the opportunity to do something i might not be very good at or might not be able to do, I don’t do it, for fear that I might fail. That’s why I’m hoping that this mission trip will glean that out of me. ”You miss %100 of the shots you never take”
